Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing our driving school. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before booking your Driving Lessons. If you need to cancel a Driving Lesson, please notify us as soon as possible.
Lesson Packages and Gift Vouchers
- Lesson packages are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
- Both lesson packages and gift vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
Lesson Requirements
- Clients must have a valid license, which must be carried at all times during driving lessons. (No Licence – No Lesson).
- Paper or online app logbooks are the responsibility of the client.
- Driving Lessons commence and end at a pre-determined pick-up/drop-off point as booked. If you are late, the Driving Instructor cannot deliver the full Driving Lesson, resulting in a shortened lesson.
- You will be picked up and dropped off as booked, as the Driving Instructor must attend to the next client in the area.
Refunds
- If a refund is agreed upon with management, we reserve the right to recalculate any packages by removing discounts and recalculating at the normal rate to determine the refund amount.
- All refunds are subject to a $30.00 administration fee without exception.
- We strive to rebook cancelled lessons to avoid passing on any charges or forfeits.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
- You can reschedule your lesson outside of 24 hours. If it is within 24 hours, this will be counted as a forfeit and cannot be rescheduled.
- Test appointments require rescheduling with over 48 hours’ notice.
- Weekend lessons must be rescheduled outside of 48 hours to avoid being counted as a forfeit.
- All test packages will be charged upfront. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure the logbook is approved and Hazard Perception tests are completed.
- We will not be liable if the logbook has not been submitted, or if there is an incorrect date or time. This will result in a forfeit of the test pack entirely.
- In the event of a driving test appointment, we may need to rearrange your lesson. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.
Drug & Alcohol Policy
- We have a zero-tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol. If our Driving Instructors feel you are not fit to drive for any reason, the lesson will be terminated and the full fee will be forfeited.
Unforeseen Circumstances
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a lesson via phone, email, or text due to unforeseen circumstances or dangerous weather conditions.
- Driving Lessons will not be rescheduled due to rain.
